Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through versifa.com. Versifa is operated by 11675 Sands Ave LLC.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping through checkout.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping methods and charges

Standard: estimated 3-5 business days after dispatch. US$8.00, or free for orders of US$70.00 or more.
Express: estimated 1-2 business days after dispatch. US$15.00.

Fulfillment partners and separate packages

We may use third-party fulfillment and logistics partners. Products may ship from a facility different from our business address, and items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. This does not change your rights under our Return and Refund Policy.

Tracking and delivery estimates

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email used at checkout. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, security checks, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, damaged, or missing deliveries

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, your package arrives damaged, or an item is missing, email us promptly with your order number. For visible damage, contact us within 7 calendar days and keep the item, packaging, and shipping label while we investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
